Had a revelation today - not like "paralysed by the side of the road as a beam of light from Heaven shone on me" type revelation, but important nonetheless.

And here it is - LIFE IS GRAND!

I now just need to smell a boquet of wild flowers as the camera pans around me in circles, pulling back to reveal me on the top of a green mountain, sun shining, birds chirping - a la The Sound of Music.

Boy! Today I sure woke up on the right side of the bed.

Even the rain didn't seem to dampen my spirits. I don't know, something is definitely going right with ol' losir. Yup, lucky me, I guess.

And you know what? That workout at the end of the day definitely perked me up. And I haven't been tagged with that cold everyone else seems to be catching. It sure is my lucky day!

I've never felt better in my life. This is about the best thing that could happen to me. Man, it's not even the working out that's making me happy. But this!
