For the 2008 season, it'd be Super Speedy's first ever year and he had a pretty good year as she'd finish 9th in overall. She'd do good with wins as she'd win 2 cup races, including the 2nd Gatorade Duel. Though she'd do her best in the Nationwide Series as she'd win 4 races including a Bristol sweep on her way to finishing 4th in points. She then finished it off by winning 4 Truck races including his first at Texas on her way to a 4th place points finish there also.
In the 2008 Chase, Super Speedy didn�t fare too well as she finished last in the Overall Chase and 8th in Truck with 2 wins, yet she fared better at the other end as she finished 2nd in Nationwide, 60 points behind 1st.
