For the 2008 season, DarlingChild played a couple weeks, sort of joining us as a guest. In the regular season, she had some success as she won a cup race with the Pocono 500, 2 Nationwide races including her first with the Nicorette 300, the O'Reilly 200 truck race, an ARCA race at Toledo, a West race at Phoenix. She finished it off by winning a east race at Adriondack on her way to finishing 13th, 29 points out of 12th. Despite not winning a USAR Nothern Series race, she managed to pull off a 13th place finish, only 5 points out of 12th.
