Parameters

  0 bypass Bypass :)
1 midi channel: Midi channel of the output messages
2 status msg: CC is for control change messages $B0, Program change
for program or patch change message $C0, Channel
aftertouch $D0, pitchbend or pitchwheel $E0, Note amp is
                        amplitude to input $90
3 resolution: Number of events sent per second.
4 range max: Maximum range or multiplier of the envelope follower.
5 range min: Minimum value or floor of the envelope follower.
6 envelope attack: Attack time of envelope follower.
7 envelope decay: Decay time of envelope follower.
8 cc msg: Number or type of control change message. Applies only
if status msg parameter is set to CC.
9 note poliphony: Maximum number of notes active (noteons) at the same
time. Applies only if status msg parameter is set to
                        Note amp.
10 note velocity: If status msg parameter is set to Note amp then this is
the noteon volume byte of the midi message
11..22 c..h: Allow or block (True False) output notes on all octaves.
Aplies only if status msg parameter is set to Note amp
or Note freq. These parameter can also be controlled
from midi keyboard - noteon on midi channels 2..16 sets
the appropriate note to allow and noteoff to block.
23 pitch offset: Aplies only if status msg parameter is set to Note.
Shift the output note for +/- XX semitones.
24 threshold: Aplies only if status msg parameter is set to Note.
Signal is ignored (linear 0..127) below this threshold.
25 lfo sweep: Lfo sweep time (0..10 secs)
26 lfo amp: Lfo amplitude added to the envelope follower
27 lfo freq: Oscilator frequency. This value can also be set with
noteon on channel 1 which also triggers sweep envelope
28 lfo waveform: Ten basic waveforms to choose
29 lfo phase: (0 .. pi) Setting this value will trigger lfo sweep.
Doesnt apply if waveform is set to noise
30 midi input device: Useful if you want to control Ultram using external
                        device
31 midi input?: True - on False - off, also beware of conflicts with
		 										your host.
32 midi out device: Ultram can output midi messages to external devices
33 midi output?: True - on False - off, also beware of conflicts with
		 										your host.
34 output: See the actual midi message sent

All parameters can be automated by midi CCs, cc 0 - par 0, cc 1 - par 1 so its
easy to stack more Ultram and do some complex modulations (more tramadol :))))
