It is clearly signed, lower right, P. Ohlbrecht. Even better, the fantastic hand-made. The painting has been recently cleaned and re-frame, so I don't know if the frame is original to the painting, but they look like they belong together.
The inside frame measurements are 13 wide by 8 tall. The outside measurements are 18-1/4 wide by 12-1/2 tall. The painting is in very nice condition, although there is some cracking of the paint visible in the sky. The frame shows nice wear suitable for an older piece. The side insets of wood are burled wood.
