This oilpainting depicting a landscape with watering cows is done on canvas around 1880. It is illegibly signed at the bottom right (Henri Die) and illegibly signed and dated 1884 on the back of the canvas.
The condition of the canvas is good except one old badly done restoration and damage at the right side of the painting (see pic) which has to be redone. The rest of the painting is untouched with fine craquelures due to age. The painting has not been cleaned for a very long time.The artwork comes in a high quality frame which is in very good condition with minor rubbed off areas due to age. |
