As per the request from the Association for more transparency in transfer matters, a new system for sending transfer representations on-line has been introduced. Ask the Engg. Head to send all the application already sent again through on-line and collect the acknowledgement number. Anybody can see and verify the application on-line by simply clicking the link corresponding to each cadre. Applicants have to submit all necessary documents along with the application to the Engg. Head and request him to comment about the same. Please co-operate and send suggestions and modifications, if any, to me.

All the units are requested to send their discussion/suggestion points to the respective State Secretaries at the earliest. The state secretaries are requested to prepare a working report for the period Aug'2008-Jan'2009 and the same are to be presented in the meeting. The original report should be handed over to the Zonal Committee.
It should include the details of the units in their respective state and the details
of the Working Fund Collection. Any other report asked by the VP, if not send
so far, should also submitted. All state Organising and Publicity Seretaries are also
invited to the meeting
