| 1. ARTEE (SZ) forced CE (SZ) to cancel the meeting of Transfer Commitee with ADTEA Member.
2. ARTEE (SZ) hosting first CWC at Bangalore on 28th and 29th Nov' 2008.Appeal to all State Secretaries (SZ) to co-operate with Shri. Sathyanarayana, State Sec., Karnataka and extend financial help too. 3. ARTEE President is visiting Pondicherry on 1st Dec' 2008 and Chennai on 2nd Dec' 2008. 4. ARTEE demanded for advance release of general transfer order in Jan' month itself. All members are requested to submit their transfer request through proper channel before mid December.
