1954 - My Ruthie was built by "Pop" Schroeder and owned by Bill Hodgson.
This hull later campaigned as Too Bad and went on to win the Duke of York Races
with owner/driver Harold Bucholt in 1958 and 1959.

1954 - Bill Hodgson bought the 266 class class hydro, Escapade II
and renamed her, My Betsy.
This hull was built by "Pops" Schroeder, along with his sons, Bob and Bud.
With Art Asbury driving, she went on to win the Prince Edward Gold Cup and the British American Peerless Trophy, as well as being the Canadian National High Point Champion.

1956 - Bill Hodgson renamed this hull Miss Skyline and then sold her to Art Asbury who renamed it Herme. We are looking for better photos of this hull.
Please look through your photo albums and let us know if you can help us out.

Doug Smart, Jere Stewart, Brock Godfrey, Bo Tucker, and Rick Stewart.

With Art driving, she won the Canadian High Point Championship, the LaPresse Trophy, and the l00 mile marathon at Montreal, Quebec. Art was the first man to accomplish this non-stop. MISS MUSKOKA was sold in l959 and was last seen parked bow-down on a lawn in Toronto and had been renamed MISS TAKE.  A sorry end to a great boat.
