ARP Lemniscatus

Noel Posicion, a.k.a. Lemniscatus is a freelance computer programmer and systems analyst. He started programming way back December 1992 using Nantucket Clipper and Microsoft Visual Foxpro. He also served as thesis advisor on graduating IT students from the University of Negros occidental- Recoletos, University of St. La Salle, Collegio de San Agustin and West Negros College in Bacolod City.
