| What the Hell Is Going On was recorded over the course of 1 day in James's basement (special thanks to James's parents for not only putting up with us but cooking for us as well). We laid down 9 tracks in one day, and the mixing and transfer to CD was done the next morning. Considering we recorded everything ourselves (props to James for doing most of the work), everything sounds pretty damn good. We are also proud to say that for 4 fat kids sitting around a basement, we hardly ate a thing (Chris didn't touch food till about 6pm -- a remarkable record). However, we did consume roughly 40 cans of diet coke in the process (oops) -- which led to many trips to the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, that is also where the vocals were recorded (James swore that they would sound better in there...) TRACKS 1. Intro 2. Talk to Me 3. Just Another Day 4.
