Youth Enterprenuership

  Youth Enterprenuership based on  FrancisChigunta from the university of Oxford is defined as the practical application of enterprising qualities, such as initiative, innovation, creativity and risk taking into the work environment and culture.

   This is show us that, enterprenuership program contain many purposes, such as preparing the enterprenuers to creating innovation, competitive product, create vacancy and  raise the level of competitiveness in the market, in order to reach this purpose, youth enterprenuership should be applied starting from senior high school as the part of their  curriculum. The fact shows us that, in South Sumatera there are around 95 schools that apply enterprenuership as the subject, in order to make  student to be ready to face enterprenuership in university, even in their daily life

  However the problem is, will the skill of enterprenuership applied by them? . When they become young enterprenuers they will not think before, about the skill of enterprenuership because they t have new knowledge from their  university, but this is not a huge problem

  As we know Indonesia is developing country that need young enterprenuers to apply their skill in economic of Indonesia to make this country become developed country. Because when there are huge number of enterprenuers than workers Indonesia can become rich country in the future

  To top it all, Youth Enterprenuership is very needed for preparing student in senior high school to become greet enterprenuers in the future. Overall the seoulenterprenuership firstly can contribute great enterprenuers but when this seoul built when the enterprenuers already growth, that�s will be difficult to become great enterprenuers.
