Indeed, UN system was good to do because with the UN, goverment and the public can find out how high the level of our education today. with the quality standard assesed by the lower number of it. it will be compared between countries completeness standards. for instance, we know from some information, Malisia which is our neighbour country that was originally imported teachers from indonesia, they use indosian teachers for increasing their standard. They using the standard roughly 7 to a minimum standard, while our coutry is still using the 4,26 standard, now it will be increased only about 5 alone. it is a comparison thst is very extreme when compared to uor neighbour country. Graduation is not an absolute value determined by the national exam, there are four aspects for the assesment. First national test, the second is school test, third is exam practice, and the fourth is efektif value. i believe it is fair enough. students must meet all of these aspects to be able to pass, for example the score are good number, but not good behaviou. according to the existing regulations, should have the student was failed. indeed every human being is not the same, no one like in particular subject area and some are like in other subject area. In my opinion, the more knowladge then people will be more wise, if our perception is an object of education is an confoormity with waht it expekted, staying that still need improvment in the subject or perpetrator of education about a proportional system and ensuring there is no leakage. Paradigm, was the one who should be instilled in students, believe in their own abilities. it was impossible to not pass the examination if the students absorbs lessons from school with the correct process. In short the Un is not to blame, but the mindset of students that must be rapaired. |
