ANNOUNCEMENTS:

January 16, 2004

Because of the amount of traffic to this site, Geocities will be shutting it down from time to time.  I assure you the site will remain here, so if you're having trouble gaining access, please try back at a later time.  I apologize for any inconvenience.
I apologize for having taken so long to update this page.  As some of you know, I've been a very busy young woman.  I will of course make changes and add information as I have time, and hope that you will continue to check back from time to time.  I hope to be adding more information soon, and if you would like to send pictures of your accomplishments, I would be happy to post them.  Simply send me a .jpg file.  As always, questions and comments are welcome. I give credit where it's due! Enjoy your visit!

Page Last Updated: 1/16/04
This page is devoted to those individuals who desire to recreate Western European clothing between the 13th and 16th Centuries, be they  re-enactors, theatrical students, or costume designers.  Note that I am simply an amateur surveyor of period resources, and am only qualified to give my own opinion on the clothing that was created. Any captions or comments made are just that... My own opinion.  But, the pictures speak for themselves, and all are from various period resources, save for those on the Modern Interpretations page.  I hope you find the page helpful in your work.  Best of luck in your own endeavors! --A.L.N.
Above you'll see my loyal guard... Always wearing his cotehardie like a good boy.  Treat him with respect!
