PLANETARY NEBULAE
THE A.S.N.S.W.’s
PLANETARY NEBULAE SECTION
The Planetary Nebulae Section is a dedicated towards observing,
recording and discussing these deep-sky objects which we know as
planetary nebulae. In recent years, the
Astronomical Society of N.S.W.
Incorporated (ASNSWI) has gained many experienced deep-sky observers
who interested in these objects. With our combined experience we can
help you add PNe to your deep-sky observing programmes. Andrew James is
presently the Section Leader whose main responsibility is to advise
and assist member of the Society in observing these fasinating objects.
Our section members may be able help you with a short additional list of
targets for small and large telescopes, and assist you with various
observing methods, filters or other equipment.
