Senshi/Knight name: Sailor Cepheus Transformation Phrase: "Arian Cepheus Power, Make-Up!" Once Tsurina yells out her transforming phrase, she lefts her arms over her head and throws her head back. At the ground where her feet were planted she lefts two inches off the ground. At the bottom of where her feet were a blast of water starts to spiral upward around her body. The water starts to replace all her clothes on her body to her fuku. Once her transformation is finished, she appears standing with her staff in hand. Item: Cepheus Staff: Her staff stands a inch taller then her. On top the staff is in a full circle with five wavy blue shard crystals hanging from the top that start off with one in the middle and two on each side, in the middle is an ocean blue orb, and on the sides of the circle beside the orb are about three sets of wavy blue shards crystals hanging from the sides. The bottom of the staff itself is in a silver blue color and etched the the staff of rain drops that spiral around the staff in cerulean. At the bottom of the staff it's pointed off. Powers: She also uses her hydrokinetic powers. Acid Rain: Cepheus raise her staff over head with the orb facing upward. The ocean blue colored orb starts to from a mist inside the orb. The mist begins to leave the orb and appear out of it. Clouds start to from and rain fall. When the rain hits her opponent, it causes them pain, but if it hits the Arian Senshi or knights the rain will do nothing to them. Mist of Avalon: She speaks these words and points her staff at the ground. A wet mist appears around the battle field making it hard for the opponents, she fighting, to see in front of them. The misty makes the opponents miss the Senshi or Knights but give the Knights and Senshi the advantage to attack. So in a way it's a shield for the Knights and Senshi. Shard Storm: She yells out this words and slams her staff in to the ground then pointing the orb part of her staff at her opponent. The blue crystal shards on the staff began to give off a loud clinging noise. Like rain drops, the shards start to fly out towards her opponent. When coming in contact with the skin of the opponent it feels like sharp needles are being thrown at them. The attack will stop when she give the command for it to stop. Reverse Rain: She uses her hydrokinetic powers to with this attack. It leaves off from where the acid rain falls in to the earth. She calls the rain back to the surface and back in to its clouds. But as it's doing this, the rain drops are like sharp needles instead of acidy since it's going backwards. Once in contact with opponents' skin, it will just merely cause them pain and will leave no marking. |
