Love Life: None and doesnt plan to have one as per the Creed
Strengths: Extremely powerful, both physically and magically, silent, quick, and can dodge if not counter most spells
Weaknesses: Believes heavily in the Creed, often punishes himself; hotheaded and thinks he is the best.
Item: Tueur uses cloth which seems to come out of the sleeves of his shirt. The cloth goes up to 6 inches wide and has an unlimited length. At times, Tueur can use the cloth as a type of really strong whip, capable of slicing through trees. The cloth also provides a sort of shield for him.
Powers:
Neutralize Powers: Tueur eyes flash and a purple aura surrounds him when he uses this. The light then settles around his victims and disappears only when the effect is gone. There is no maximum number of victims. The skill allows him to neutralize anyones powers for twenty-four hours. He can restore the powers before the twenty-four hour period is over as well, but since he usually uses this to kill the Guardians, he doesnt release their powers often.
Energy Manipulation: Tueurs innate ability allows him to manipulate energy, no matter what shape or size or form. For example, he can manipulate energy currents to make it seem as if he had telekinesis or he could generate shields to block off attacks.
Telepathy: Tueur can use this ability to read the minds of others, but only those who are weaker minded. For those whose minds are stronger, he cannot read them unless they are distracted. This ability also allows him to talk to people with a mental voice as well, strong or weak minds alike.
Planet of my watching, you have failed your balance, be destroyed and be renewed: All Guardians carry this ability. The spell simply destroys the planet. However, the Council must cast it along with the Guardian who chooses to cast the spell. Additionally, the Guardian is killed as well, since he must be the one who channels the destructive power of the combined guardians. From the ashes left in space, a shining globe of energy slowly grows back into the world again, and life begins again. In either case, the Guardian is reborn in another world with his memories intact and the council then goes to claim him from his family. In Tueurs case, he has been reborn many many times over simply because of his strict standards which many worlds have failed to follow. To permanently remove the planet, all the Guardians have to say is be forgotten instead of be renewed.
Appearance: Tueur is the palest figure man could ever set eyes on, and what scares many people is the fact that his eyes are ruby-red, giving him the appearance of an albino with no pupils. He has a white trench coat which covers the purple shirt and oversized tie he has on. His pants and shoes are also white, giving him the appearance of a ghost. At times, he chooses to walk around with his cloth twirling around him, only for show, but effective nonetheless. The only normal thing about Tueur is his brown hair, which is in of itself rakish in appearance.
Personality: Tueur is talkative and friendly on the outside when he is around others, but dont be fooled by that friendly appearance. Within the heart of a man beats an attitude that is cold and calculating. Raised by the strictest of Guardian policies, Tueur only cares about his mission, be it to kill another Guardian or to watch over a planet. When he is given a mission, Tueur does not question it, but rather follows it. He takes his job as a Guardian Assassin seriously.
History: Guardians were taken from their parents as soon as their presence was sensed by other Guardians. As a baby, Tueur was taken by force instead of in secret. Apparently his parents themselves were Guardians and did not want their child to suffer the same fate of isolation and loneliness. His parents died in the struggle and Tueur never even saw them. He hardly remembered anything from when he was a baby.
