| Terra watched as Gaia took off. She glanced at the group of Senshi and Knights awaiting on what to do. She wondered who Juline was and still slightly wondered why she was chosen. Sailor Airyu sighed long and deep preferring to stay as she was instead of wasting energy on continuous transforming. She then looked to the group before resting her gaze on 'the new girl'. "I wouldn't waste too much energy on wondering what the hell is going on. Most of us probably don't fully know either except that there is a war rising up and that we lucky bunch of fellow Arians, have been chosen to defend the place." She decided to inform her as the girl really looked confused. Walking up to her Airyu held out a pale hand in greeting, "I'm Airyu or in normal form Celes, nice to meet you.." Dandria approached the city not far behind Akana. She detransformed to her humanly beautiful self and took to the high walls and roofs instead of walking formally through the opening to the city. Looking around she spotted Christof and Juline talking and overhead quite a bit of what they were saying, questioning his actions she shrugged it off deciding to do a bit of window shopping while she search for the troublesome mice. Sailor Diris glance at the other girl with a slight relief and less confused. She took Celes's pale hand and shook it. "I'm Diris or Terra. Nice to met you as well. Thanks for the info." she said. Jazon appeared to take this into deep consideration, then at length he spoke. "The smallest of the inferiors you would believe to be quite small and uncorrupted. The opposite is true, there can be nothing both insignificant and inferior, for the most inferior is still significant and the most insignificant is not inferior. Only if you remove all that is significant as well as inferior will our world collapse and if anything, superior or inferior is removed then the world as we know it will change and perhaps destroy some of us. Our knowledge and ability to adapt make us superior and able to survive any real change of the modern world." He ended still defending his own point. "What modern world? It's modern only because we call it that. Life is life, and if there was no man, no elf, no demon, no immortal, no dragons, and even no angels, life on this planet would prosper and get along better than before. I'm not trying to demote the intellectual species because in truth there is beauty in us as well. But along with that beauty is love, and with love comes hate, and with hate there has to be light and dark. Life would be better without us, without those extremes we add to make meaning of everything. In between pleasure and pain would be them," she gestured to the planet below, "those who do not care. Just hopeless_" The words felt lost in the wind, falling from her mind so dimly she couldn't remember if she had said those last words to Jazon. Her face went from intense to expressionless. She stared forward and touched the fabric around her neck making sure it was still there, unmoving forever. Her own contact surprised her, the iciness penetrating the thin fabric. She had suddenly become lost in her thoughts; not realizing where she really was going. In the back of her mind she hoped Jazon would lead the way because she was absorbed in memories from the past. "Your opinion is very well thought of and, to a point, true. For the same can be said if those you define as the better race were gone and we remained then the same would be true. Humans and their equals and lessers are also contaminated with both positive and especially negative emotions." Jazon spoke still unmoved by her argument, on the outside, but on the inside he had acquired a deep amount of respect for the angel. Nari couldn't tell what Jazon was thinking, his face was impassive, and yet imposing in it's emptiness. She kept silent; hoping the peace was a suitable thanks. In truth she didn't know what to say, she had rarely talked with Jazon before. Even now in his dragon form she felt slightly more at ease than ever, not really knowing why. Time passed by slowly each second a new question and a new calculation on the distance they had traveled. Where were they going? Nari had lost her sense of direction and figured they were about several miles away from the fortress. "Jazon, it's been a while now, how long before I see these warriors? And how far are we?" Juline kept a cold look to her face, "Again, Christof, your arrogance doesn't surprise me. As for Nevarra, it is intended she shall never know her uncle or grandmother. The others do stand a chance, whether anyone believes it or not. While Kiley gathers an army, so do I." Yasmine looked to Terra, giving a slight wave, "I'm Yasmine, otherwise known as Sailor Flamus." Akana paused for a moment in the street when she caught sight of a cloaked figure crouching on a rooftop. The meddling elf... Akana's eyes narrowed at Gaia's figure, the urge to attack her rising, when the elf's eyes met hers. The dark-haired woman had to blink somewhat in surprise as Gaia gave her an arrogant little smirk. Gaia watched quietly the dragon in human form, keeping mind of the senshi she had found. So the others were right and back up had arrived. The elf brought up a red hand from her cloak, touching the pendant around her neck as she kept the smirk on for Akana. Foolish girl... she should've given up this tiresome fighting long ago. "There. Do you see that city below? They are there. Our companions should also be there to help if it is needed." Jazon said and he then swooped down into the city at an almost lighting like speed compared to his slow pacing with Nari. "I do not care what has been decided by you, Kiley wants her, as does your mother, and as do I. Who are you to deny her the chance to know her family?" Christof said bluntly. "It matters not, you will have to defeat me if you wish to postpone my promise to came back for our daughter." With that he drew his other sword and speaks the words 'emerald shield.' His body then let off a pale emerald green light. "Attack me and let it be over." Loki sensed something coming, he wasn't sure but he felt that they were in danger. "Everybody, prepare yourselves! I think that trouble is coming, I know you must feel it too!" He said as he ran to the others. He then transformed "Aria! Firian Power! Transform!" Kaos appeared outside the city soon after Jazon landed. He quickly caught up with him and Nari and spoke. "Nari, Jazon, be sharp. They are here." He withdrew his Masamune and prepared to strike when the time was right. Nari looked at Kaos as he spoke, his words immediately causing her to assume a defensive stance. She pulled off the purple hood to her cloak and looked around the area suddenly very aware of the power about the vicinity. Whoever these senshi were, she could feel them. They were like an itch, or a burning sensation crawling under her skin. For some odd reason she felt compelled to hate them as if fate had taken a strong grip on her being. She sensed a deep anger for these people and it chilled her for elusive reasons. Airyu looked around seconds after Loki reacted to his own intuition. "Feels like those pests we had trouble with last time." She agreed, continuing to look round at the surrounding buildings. "Pests?" Kaos asked almost amused. "And here I thought that you were the impudent little creatures standing our way." Kaos said as he and his companions turned the corner. "You of course know that we will not be crushed. Hahaha." He laughed, then his voice went cold and harsh, " I am sorry, just the thought of your little vigilante group defeating Kiley and his followers. It is enough to force one without control to burst into hysterics." Then Jazon spoke "Yes, you speak true to words Kaos." He said not really speaking to Kaos but to the group. "Maybe we pests shall now evolve into great menaces and destroy them." He then took a fighting stance as a sort of challenge. |
