| "It's best for you not to get on her bad side; she has quite extraordinary powers." Kamui quietly explained to Loki. "I kept quiet about the meaning of senshi and knights as it is more of her speciality as it were, but as she has not answered I'm sure she wouldn't mind me telling you. Senshi and knights have special elemental powers which far exceed our normal ones. We, they are on a mission to help protect Juline on her quest to find a certain item, which in the hands of the wrong people, may destroy our world." Kamui was unsure whether he was to tell Loki everything as he was not yet recognized as being a knight, but he felt that he could not keep such things from a friend and he had a feeling that Loki was one of the group from Gaia's interesting looks. "You see Gaia is the one who can tell whether you are a knight or senshi, or not." Nodding slightly in Gaia's direction to answer Loki's questions. "I doubt that I could be one. I feel no power inside of myself. Just that which I grew up feeling." Loki said with somewhat of a spark of jealousy. Kamui laughed "Don't doubt yourself too harshly." He then looked around, noticing that the other members of the group seemed a little quiet. Loki shook his head "It is not that I doubt myself, it is just I have never been close enough to my own spirit to use any magical abilities that I otherwise could have developed. I am just compelled to protect and so I fight. If I am one then that lady there would be able to tell me, right?" He motioned to Gaia. "I mean maybe I could play a part and she could know that to? If I am not a knight that is." Loki asked with the curiosity he had had since he was a young boy. "All you need to do is ask." Kamui answered. Loki looked nervously to the woman and then to Kamui. "Alright, I think I will ask her." He then walked up to the elven woman and asked "Excuse miss. I am Loki, which I have already said, and I was wondering. Is there...I mean...am I connected to this prophecy of the knights and senshi? I mean in any way? Because I feel strongly compelled to help, maybe you could clear that compelling feeling to me?" Gaia looked thoughtful, closing her eyes with a smile, "Indeed you are connected. And that feeling is there because," the red elf opened her eyes, "You're one of the knights. In fact, you are the Firian Knight, the one who wields flames." She then looked to Kamui, "And if you're going to visit the Council, better stick with Juline. Oh, and watch out for anyone that might be candidates for your little club." Lantis shrugged, "I just don't like a group that sits and decides how everyone has to live." Akana blinked at Lisia's experiment, then agreed with her plan, "We'll get rid of the small group out here, get them to run off, then go into town. We'll definitely have to all stick together, though, or else these guys might end up chasing us off." Kamui smiled as Loki was found to be a knight and listened carefully to Gaia's words. "Certainly." He answered as he bowed and made his exit from the group following Juline's lead. Celes looked happy standing next to Loki and Gaia. She was imagining how he would look in the knights amour. *He would look handsome..* Though she couldn't quite picture it. *Oh well, hopefully I'll be able to see it soon.* She then stepped to Loki and patted him on the back. "Welcome to the group!" Dandria was also looking weirdly at the experiment. "Lisia, what on earth are you doing?? We are planning a surprise attack and you're mucking around!" She didn't shout but loudly whispered it. She then listened to Akana and her anger turned straight to happiness. "I'm with that idea too, so let's get ourselves together and get ready for battle!" Lisia was waiting for Pansha to move *Maybe she needs more instructions?* She thought to herself. "Jump through the trees a little bit. I want to track your movements." She then added "I've put a little motion devise on your back, it will send information to this devise here.." Holding the weird box up. "..and it will tell me where you are." Hoping that this would motivate and answer her questions for her. Loki looked at Gaia in shock when he heard this, then to Celes as she patted his back. "I...I am...one of you guys?" He stammered. "Well, what do I do? I mean how do I use my power?" He asked still a bit shocked for he had thought that he played only a very small part at the most. Gaia smiled, "Say 'Aria, Firian Power! Transform!' and you shall see for yourself as the knight of fire," the red elven woman explained. Juline led the way into her home, motioning for Kamui to come inside. Juline smiled to Lilia when she saw her fellow Council member, embracing her. They separated, as Juline spoke, "Is Nevarra upstairs?" "She is. She's been waiting to see you all day.. and she had one of her fits," Lilia explained with a frown. Juline sighed deeply, closing her eyes. "Please keep my guest, Kamui comfortable. I'm going to see my daughter, then I'll be heading to the Council with you to check in," Juline stated, as Lilia nodded. Juline went upstairs, heading to her daughter's room and opening the door. "Nevarra.. I'm home." Nevarra didn't answer her mother or turn around. Nevarra was still staring out the window, the young girl was completely motionless. All around her the room was a complete mess. Nearly everything in the room was torn apart and destroyed. The girl's beautiful dress was torn and ripped and her favorite doll lay on the ground, broken, its clothes ripped apart. Nevarra was bandaged up with a few spots of dry blood visible on her pale skin. Kamui looked around the nicely furnished house. He politely greeted Lilia as she made sure he was welcome and comfortable while he awaited Juline and her daughter. Celes jumped in excitement. "Now lets get ready to find us some more recruits, before those pests from before decide to show up again." Not that she really minded going one to one with them again. Iviana nodded, smiling as her gaze fell upon Kia. "Ivi!" Kia called, looking into the sky. "What's that?" She asked. Iviana looked up, seeing a huge winged creature that looked vaguely human. "I dunno Kia... maybe an Angel?" She said, shading her eyes from the sun. Rinada closed her eyes and smiled, letting the wind flow through her wings and hair. *I don't know what I would do if I couldn't fly. * She thought, then stopped suddenly. Rinada blinked, then looked down, seeing a small group of people sitting under a tree a ways out of Sharnis. *What are they doing out here?* She thought. Loki calmly stepped a few feet from the group and then, to test the truth of his power, said "Aria, Firian Power! Transform!" he was then engulfed in a ball of flames and his silhouette was all that was visible. The ball of fire around him then expanded about four feet and exploded, leaving the Firian knight bewildered as he found himself with a few other changes, besides the armor. His hair was now black and he seemed to be a bit darker in complexion but it might have been his imagination. "Well, Celes, How do I look?" he said with renewed joy in his voice. |
