A&SH Cap badge
current Army issue, post 1908 design which has a voided centre. This is believed to be the one of the largest badges in the British Army and consists of an elongated wreath of thistles, with a centre circular band which has Princess Louise's coronet at the top. In the voided centre of the circle are an intertwined cypher of the letter "L" (Louise), with on the left of the cypher, as viewed, a Boars head, (Argyll), and to the right, a cat, (Sutherland).
