Please, dear- just laugh
Open your eyes and tell me this was all a joke
I promise I won’t be angry with you
If you just take the words all away
I’ll forgive you like I’ve never forgiven before
Why is it-
When we dream we wish it was real?
We wish that we would never wake up...
Yet in reality, we wish it was all a dream
I wish I could wish it all away
I wish I could live in my fabled dreamworld
But painfully- I can’t.
