The day dawns
The night sleeps away its pain

Me from this crystalized world
Sleeping away the pain
Minds drift through the mazes
Puzzles leaving us so empty inside
Nightmares tear at my bleeding soul
But scarred hands refuse to let go
Dreams haunt-
My fragile memory
Attempts to recover what was so lost to me
Don’t try to say that-
I am gone
Your voice penetrates but you’re still gone
Ignore the tear-stained eyes
Ignore the whispered lullabies
You don’t love me
Bells chime
Rain falls
You climb
