Shadows swimming
Circles spinning
Let me fall into you

I need you ever more
The wind is bleeding through
Pulling me- pulling you
I know I’m being pulled away
I know I’m being led astray
Darkness closes in
But I shall not give in
This is an ode to your strength
This is an ode to your love
This is an ode to you
My ode to you
Dreams are singing
Through their tantalizing-
Their illusion of temptations
Left on the far off reaches
Of some empty bridge I refuse to cross
On the shores of the ever more
I won’t be left here, alone
