Ki Adept Ki is the power within all living things. Legends tell of great warriors that were able to do great and incredible things by focusing the energy to enhance their abilities. Requirements Lawful Alignment At least a wisdom modifier of 3 Ki fist +3 (perhaps more depending on what needs to be rounded out) Abilities Level 1: Ki focus- You have trained your body to focus the energy within and around your body Level 2: Ki Fist +4 Level 3: Spirit Fist- You can use your Ki to project the striking power of your fists over a distance. Can do this ability equal to you level per day. (Think Wave Fist from tactics same striking power of your fists but over a range. I need to figure out a good range for this attack) Level 4: Wholeness of Spirit- Your body and mind are in balance. Immune to scrying or mind reading (I don't know the technical terms for these) Level 5: Ki Aura- You can focus your Ki into a battle aura. Glowing aura does damage to any enemy touching it. Size is 6 inches per level. Time is 1 round per level a day. (like a fiery aura I don't know how much damage to add to this one though it should be a little for some one touching it and more for someone inside of it) Level 6: Ki Fist +5 Level 7: Fist of the Elements- you can change the form of your Ki (by the law of energy conservation) into different elements (Ki aura, Ki Fists, and Ki blast do elemental damage according to what element chosen). At level 7 you can change your Ki to lightning, level 8 fire, level 9 Ice. (this is the one ability I'm not totally sure about this ability and I think this ability needs lots of adjusting). Level 8: Inanimate Ki focus- you can focus the power of your Ki Fist into a non magical weapon (this ability can do more or less depending on what we decide when rounding out this class) Level 10: Ki Blast- Legends tell of great masters of Ki were able to project their spirit into a devastating projectile. This projectile changes form and shape depending on the spirit of the person doing the Ki Blast. Can do ¼ per level per day, takes 1 full round to charge up and can be thrown on the next turn of the person making the blast. Controllable (i.e. you can control the direction the blast during flight)(roll concentration to keep the blast from releasing itself and to change direction as per casting a controllable spell) (this is another ability I'm not sure how much damage it should do but it should be a bunch) Everything else that this class should change I need to look in the books before I can change them. (i.e. speed, base attack, etc) I would like to base those changes off the Red Avenger class and the Drunken Master class. This class can go back and forth between this class and the monk class freely (i.e. you are a level 17 monk and you become a Ki Adept till you are a level 3 Ki Adept and then you can go back and increase your monk level)
