This happened to me when I worked at another place here in Wytheville. I was working in the back on night shift with my fellow employee. We were in the back corner working at the mixing bowl. At the time I was making industrial plastics. The kind that I made was mixed with teflon. Well anyway, we were chopping the dry material. All of the racks that we had were setting in front of the ovens and in our view range of the pathway of the front of the department that we were working in at the time. You know how you get the strange feeling that someone is watching you, well that's the way that I felt at the time. Something in my head told me to turn and look up at the entrance. I had stood up and had just happened to look up when I saw a man wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. I had seen the outline of his head, he had black hair but NO FACE!!!!!

Every hair on my body stood straight up and I was covered with cold chills. I watched the man walk toward the racks of material and stand there watching us work. I was scared out of my mind!!!! I blinked my eyes and the man was gone. I told my fellow employee what I had seen and he said that I was crazy or on drugs. I wasn't either one of those things. I knew what I had seen and felt. It was one of the most intense feelings that I had felt and hard to explain. After that encounter I always felt that someone was watching me. I asked the guys that worked after me if they had felt like someone was watching them when working by themselves. One guy said that he had always felt that way from the first time working there.

I had later found out that there was three more men that had seen the ghost. One guy had seen his face but he will not talk to anyone about that because it scared him so bad. When I had found this out I didn't feel so bad after I knew I wasn't the only one it had happened to and I was not so crazy after all.
