Are you in school? Yep.
If so, what year and what major if it's college? Sophomore English major.
Do you work? Yep.
If so, what do you do? Editor-in-Chief of college newspaper.
Do you write anything other than fanfic? Oh, yeah.
If so, what kinds of other things do you write? Romantic-suspense, mostly. A bit of fantasy and horror, occasionally. Novels, poetry, short stories, song lyrics, just whatever I feel like writing at the time.
Other Favorite Shows: Well, I used to love Sliders, but after they killed the professor, left Wade at a Kromagg breeding camp, Quinn "slid" into some other guy's body, and it became The Maggie Beckett Show, I quit watching. I love watching episodes of the first 3 seasons, though. And I love The X-Files.
Other hobbies: Writing, reading fanfic (mostly Roswell), updating The Max and Liz Project, talking to my friends, watching Roswell, and star-gazing (which, actually, I started doing before I ever watched Roswell).
Roswell centered questions:
Favorite Episode? Pilot, Leaving Normal, Heatwave, and Blind Date all tie.
Fav. M/L scene(s)? When Max reverses the connection so Liz can see images of his life in "Pilot;" The hug scene in "Leaving Normal" at the end; all of "Heatwave" and the end of "The Balance." (Okay, I didn't like the fact they broke up, but the scene was really, really intense. I cried. Enough said.) And the scene where Max tells Liz she's his dream girl. Okay, all together now: Awwhhh! :)
Fav. M/L quote(s)? "I could feel everything he was feeling. I could feel his loneliness. For the first time, I was really seeing Max Evans. I saw me as he saw me. And the amazing thing was, in his eyes, I was beautiful." -Liz, "Pilot"
"It was you." -Max, "Pilot"
"I'll just have an alien blast."-Max "Me, too." -Liz "Excuse me?" -Max, "Leaving Normal"
"If I don't leave right now, things are going to change."-Max, "Heatwave"
"I think that's what being in love is." -Max, "Balance"
"It's all just magic when I think about you." -Max, "Blind Date"
"And when I'm not with you, I go crazy...But when you're here...You're my dream girl, Liz." -Max, "Blind Date"
"What's so great about normal?" -Max, "Blind Date"
Why do you love Roswell? Because I can relate to it, somewhat, anyway. The characters are really well layered (I'm a character centered writer, so I love shows that are, too). The actors and actresses do a wonderful job, the music is great, the directing and writing is great. I love everything about this show, but I especially love Max and Liz (obviously). :)
What would you like to see happen on the show with Max/Liz? A lot more scenes with them in it! LOL. I think anything the writers choose to do with it will be good, as long as they don't turn it into another soap opera. You know, where Max realizes he's in love with Maria, and Liz realizes she's in love with Alex, and Alex is in love with Maria and Michael can't choose between Isabel and Maria and Maria is in love with...well, you get the idea. :) Oh, and as long as Tess doesn't completly mess up Max and Liz's relationship.
Strangest thing you've ever said or done that pertains to the show or its characters? My brother-in-law, who has never watched the show, was talking about a friend of his who puts Tabasco sauce on everything to make his food spicy, and I immediatly perked up and said, "He's not from around here, is he?"
Oh, and I'm doing an art project, an assembly (kind of like a still life, only you get to pick what's in it) and it's based on Roswell.
Oh, and ever since "Blind Date" aired, I've been singing "In the Air Tonight" over and over and over...and...you get the idea.
Oh, and when I couldn't find my car keys, I tried waving my hand over the lock...You know. Just in case. I'm really not obsessed. Really. :)
Have you read any of the book series by Melinda Metz? I've read the first five and own three of them! I keep reading them again and again...And the new cover for "The Watcher" rules! These books are great. I'd recommend them to any Roswellian. :)
Do you believe in aliens? Yep. Always have. I think that was part of the reason I started watching "Roswell." The whole UFO, alien thing has always fascinated me.
Anything you'd like to add? God help us all if this show ever goes off the air.
