PRUE HALLIWELL
Played by: Shannen Doherty

Prue is the eldest Halliwell sister. When she was a child, and her mother died, she had to help her grandmother raise both Phoebe and Piper. She gave up most of her child years doing this, so naturally she became very "motherly" towards them. Prue is the serious sister. Sometimes she is too serious, even for her own good. Now that she is a witch, Prue's special power is Telekinesis. As stated in the Glossary of this site, Telekinesis is the ability to move or control objects through the mind, without physical aid. This power has saved Prue and her sisters on more than one occasion.
Prue had recently broken up with, yet again, Andy Trudeau, her lover from high school. This is a very challenging event with her life because she and him are usually on the same case, causing both of their feelings to get in the way of the problem. Plus, he is VERY suspicious of Prue, which is understandable considering she is hiding the fact that she is a witch from him. In one episode, Prue tried to see if Andy would understand that she is a witch, but since he would not, she had another reason to break up with him.

PIPER HALLIWELL
Played by: Holly Marie Combs

Piper is the middle sister of the three Charmed Ones. Piper is very imaginative and sweet, however she is also very nervous about things, almost like a perfectionist. She has always been "put in the middle" of her two sisters arguments. She plays the referee and still does. She is always worried about having people find out that she and her sisters are witches. She also seems to have some bad luck with guys, usually being the one dating the Warlock or Witch. Piper's special power as a witch is the ability to freeze time. Not all of time, more like a specific area and whatever is inside it. Her power is very unpredictable, she usually ends up freezing someone or something in a panic. And, when she does, there is no way to know how long it will be before whatever she froze becomes unfrozen. However, this power had also been very useful in saving the sisters from evil beings, but she cannot freeze her sisters. She has also had some ... interesting problems with her power and men!

PHOEBE HALLIWELL
Played by: Alyssa Milano

Phoebe is the youngest sister in the Halliwell household. All through her life, Phoebe had been the adventurer. She's the "comic relief" of the family, bringing out the humor in the household and in her every day life experiences. But, Phoebe definitely has problems staying out of trouble. This quality has also made her the hardest to deal with, as she is VERY set in her ways and likes not having any responsibility. It has been rumored that her grandmother created a Patience spell to deal with her and her sisters. Phoebe's special power as a witch is the power of premonition. As stated in the Glossary of this site, A Premonition is a picture or vision that one had that either reveals the past, present, or the future. Though Phoebe is the one that gave the sisters their powers and made them realize they were witches, she does not seem to like her power that much, usually commenting on how she would rather he gifted with Piper's powers. However her gift has not only gotten her a job, but has saved many peoples lives as well.

ANDY TRUDEAU
Played by: T.W King

Andy Trudeau was a local policeman in San Francisco. He was also Prue's ex boyfriend twice. He and Prue dated while they were in high school together. Then Prue left and they never spoke, until after he became a cop. He began investigating a case where local witches (young women according to his partner Morris) were being murdered. One day he came across Prue and found out she had moved back in her grandmother's old house. Since then, they dated for a while, but things didn't exactly work out, and they broke up. Since then, Andy has been very jealous and is always accusing towards Prue, mostly for his feelings that they should have stayed together. Andy is NOT a witch, but he seems to be suspicious of Prue and her sisters, I think he may even suspect that they are witches. Now where could he get an idea like that?!? The show definitely can relax just a little now that Andy knows Prue and her sisters secret, but what about Morris? We'll have to see about that now, because now Andy is dead, and what that will mean for the show, I do not know. The actor wanted to be written off the show because it wasn't the type of character he wanted to be stuck in, and was written out by having died to save the Halliwell sisters from Rodriguez, an undercover demon posing as an inspector. I think it will be interesting to see if he comes back at all in the future. They can always bring him back after all.

DARILL MORRIS
Played by: Dorian Gregory

Morris was Andy's partner at their station. Together they have seen many things and were good friends. Since he is a minor character, not much is known of Morris' character, but I'll write more when it comes up. Morris has already shown up this season and keeps in touch with Prue it seems. Recently, Morris has been getting Prue's help on a few of his cases, hopefully not repeating what Andy did. However, Morris still does not know about the girls' secret, and does not have a partner.

DAN GORDAN
Played by: Greg Vaughn

Dan Gordan is the Halliwell's next door neightbor. He lives there with his niece Jenny. Dan has recently become interested in Piper, and has been causing tension between Leo and Piper. It will be interesting to see how Dan and Piper's characters develop together. Little is known about Dan's past, except that his niece is living with him at the requests of his brother.
