This property is normally available for rent between January and December each year.

Rental Notes:

There is no specific change over day and all linen, towels etc will be changed on a weekly basis. In case of breakages we ask for a 300 euro deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay providing everything is in the same condition as before. The deposit is needed as soon as possible along with a 200 euro confirmation deposit to secure the property. The villa is typically Italian and offers a comfortable stay in beautiful peaceful surroundings for those people who prefer being outdoors making it an unforgettable holiday in Southern Italy. Renting a car in the area is very easy as there are plenty of car rental firms available. Regarding the house etc, if there are any problems the family who own the villa live just 5km away and there is an English speaking person to help out if the situation isn’t resolved!
