The villa is beautifully situated in the natural and tranquil countryside of Ostuni. Surrounded by pine and cherry trees and rolling fields of untouched countryside home to a great variety of wildlife, and within easy reach of the rustic local town and the cristal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, the villa offers an uncomparable rural stay for those who love the peaceful and laid back lifestyle without the worries and stress of work and the non stop lifestyle back home.


Outside the villa there is a fairly large paved area. The ground floor patio area is located at the front of the house where there is a picnic table and chairs. The house is surrounded by pine trees and wooded areas to the front and open grassy areas to the rear. The natural surroundings make the villa very tranquil and peaceful especially at night as you hear only the songs and sounds of the local wildlife. It also creates a safe environment for young children. Furthermore an inflatable paddling pool will be available for use which holds up to 4 children!

Local activities:
The area offers many cultural and historical attractions, including the "Sagra dei vecchi tempi", "la festa patronale" (parade of horsemen in traditional costume). Furthermore there are many archaeological attractions to see not to mention the many opportunities for excursions around the area and facilities for horse riding, trekking, mountain biking and swimming. And with the sea being just 10km away the choice of things to see and do is overwhelming! There is an abundance of lovely typical restaurants offering exquisite sea food dishes etc and of course pasta and pizza dishes catering for all tastes and pockets. Regarding the beaches they are sandy and clean and suitable for swimming for all ages. A lifeguard is also on watch during the summer. In terms of the nearest facilities, Ostuni (the local town) is just 4km away and the sea an extra 6km (about 10 minutes altogether by car). The other town Ceglie Messapica is 5km away from the villa in the opposite direction. The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car and is open till 9' o clock at night. The nightlife is varied and offers a range of bars and discos providing an enjoyable but relaxing evening out. The most important part of the life in Ostuni is just to be outdoors enjoying the beautiful scenery and climate and the sea!! So that you will be able to make good use of your time whilst in Ostuni, there will be information on the area and local attractions, restaurants, bars, markets etc in the villa.
