This is one colourful character. Love the background and the hair. Took me ages just to colour him up and create those effects. I do believe his clothes are influenced by the Houshin Engi style and samurai armour. Don't worry about his left eye, it's like that. It's very special, so special that until now I have no idea what it is suppose to do! I think it gives him psychic sight? Oh well!
