One of the most heretical movements of the "church" is a recent rapprochement with Roman catholicism. Since John Paul II declared that Muslims can be saved totally devoid of belief in the divinity of Jesus Christ, the Ecumenicals and Catholics Together accord is simply setting the stage for the global religion prophesied in Revelation 13. The thought that traditional Christianity and Roman Catholicism are being merged may sound bizarre, since these two entities have been diametrically opposed for centuries, but that is in fact the reality of the situation. First, I'd like to say that as a former Catholic, I have absolutely nothing against Catholics. Some of my best friends and most beloved relatives practice (at least nominal) catholicism. It's because of this that I wish with all my heart that all those in the catholic faith would be called to the real God of the Bible. Years ago, I became aware of just some of the deceptions being perpetrated on "we, the people" of these united States. Eventually, as a result of these revelations, I also became acutely and painfully aware that similar deceit was going on in the churches. God Himself mandates that we seek out the truth since lies and deception will be overwhelming in the last days.
