"Actions are judged by intentions"

This Hadith of Our Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) clearly shows that Allah sees everything, the out come of an act and as well as the inner motives too. Allah knows whatever is in one's heart and what he is Doing.

One's Action is judged by his or her intention, like if someone digs a whole so as to harm people, it is an unworthy act but if he digs with the intention that may be one day, it would give water and people would benefit from it, then, in this case, there is great reward.

Allah knows everything, This Hadith was specially said on the occasion of Migration, when a man migrated when Mecca to Medina,  not for Islam, but to marry a women.

So to keep Good intentions in our heart is very beneficial, even if we can not do that good act, we would be rewarded by Allah Almighty!
