Who am I?
I live, teach English, read good books, and enjoy life in Bogor, Indonesia.

As a teacher, I have experience in teacher development and curriculum design,
in addition to teaching language and literature at a variety of levels.
I am currently working as an IBDP English A: language and literature at
Sekolah Bogor Raya, Indonesia.
As a translator, I have experience in translating in-house documents,
reports, and books for various CSOs and NGOs.

What training do I have?
I graduated from Indonesia University of Education, majoring in English Education.
My favorite courses were English for Specific Purposes, ELT Methodology,
Cross-Cultural Understanding, Semiotics, Literary Theories, Critical Discourse Analysis, and Translation Studies.
I wrote a thesis titled
A Critical Discourse Analysis of the Indonesian Translation of Vladimir Nabokov’s Lolita.
