"Needs," by Collective Soul

This is the 4th track on Collective Soul's latest effort, Dosage.
There's really not much to it.  I'm sorry I'm not very good with the
names of the chords.  I just figured it out by ear and I've had no
guitar instruction.  Oh well.

One thing that might help a male singer whose falsetto doesn't
sound as good as Ed's is to, at the end of the song (when the
backup vocals are going "Oooo"), have another guitar player
play the backup melody (e: -7-5-3-5-3-) on his or her guitar.

Hold your pinky and ring finger on the third fret on the high E
and B strings (where they will stay for the entire duration of the 
song) while your middle and index finger pick out the notes
