These are pictures and information on a double room for rent on the basis of a flat share in my apartment in Playa de San Juan, Tenerife for long term (3 months). The flat share double room (with your own bathroom) would suit anyone coming to Tenerife to look for work or to buy property, the double bedroom with your own private bathroom including shower would suit a single person or a couple. The rent is 250 euros a month for a single person and 290 euros a month for a couple, there's nothing else to pay except the one month's rent as security. The cash deposit is returnable when you leave provided there's no damage or loss. The double room comes with your own bathroom and sharing of the apartment's other facilities including the kitchen and lounge, you will have your own fridge freezer. There's also Internet Broadband (WiFi) and English television programs. The bedroom has a lockable door, a ceiling fan, a window, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and an occasional table. There's electrical power points, a double bed which has a duvet & pillows. There's storage space under the bed. The flat share tenant has use of the washing machine upstairs on the roof terrace. Playa de San Juan is a typical Spanish village with shops, supermarkets, bars and cafes. The beach is only two minutes walk from the flat-share apartment, there are three beaches: 1) light sand, 2) dark sand and 3) pebbles. There are several beach cafes. Tenerife has the best and most healthiest climate in the world, it's the land of eternal spring - we don't need fires or air-conditioning. There are Fiestas and holidays all over the island all year. Summer time's temperatures go to around 35C and spring temperatures are around 23C. Night time temperatures rarely fall below 12C and usually it's around 15 - 18C. This island is good for walkers, cyclists, fishermen, sunbathers and snorkelers.
