The apartments have one bedroom, one living room with a complete american like kitchen and one separate complete bathroom.
The studios have a single room used as living room and also as bedroom with a complete american like kitchen and one separate complete bathroom.
The prices of the apartments and studios are classified by seasons, by type and also by number of guests (pax). The seasons are:
Low Season Months: January, February, March, November and December.
Mid-Season Months: April, May, June (1-15), September(16-30) and October.
High Season Months: June (16-30), July, August and September (1-15).
The prices are for a minimum stay of 3 days. If the stay is less than 3 days the prices may change.
The reservations can be done by phone, or better by e-mail. It's a necesary condition for making a firm reservation to deposit 100 euros as booking concept for each appartment or studio. The deposit can be only done by credit card. Money transfers by bank are not accepted becose there are many problems with them like: delay on the transfer (about 10 days), high commissions on the transfer over the sender and the receiver, ect...
