To setup .wgetrc in windows, you have two choices.
- Set an environment variable WGETRC which point to the full path of your wgetrc file.
- Set an environment variable HOME which pointing to directory, and put your wgetrc file in this directory.
- bzip2, gzip, tar, base64, md5sum (All files compressed using .zip format, so you will need to download unzip proggram or use another unpackager shareware software like winzip, winrar, PowerArchive or free software from here).
