About

Nillans Anarchy Online Skill Emulator has been created to allow you to plan your IP spend as wisely as possible.  It allows you to emulate your characters stats from level 1 to 220.

New in this version, is the ability to emulate Armor, Weapons and Nano Programs.  Enhanced features include a new Information Pane which gives information about the item being selected, support for none editable skills (such as Reflect Shields, AC etc.), a floating resizable Total Skills page.

This skill emulator is a complete re-write of my previous one.  It has been re-written to enable me to easily extend and maintain the application.  Unfortunately it has not been possible to maintain backward compatibility with the previous version.


Installation
============

Download .Net Framework V1.1 from "http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3&DisplayLang=en"

Copy the contents of the Zip file onto your Hardrive

Run AoSkillEmu3.exe from within the SkillEmulator3 directory

Bugs Fixed:

The SkillEmulator should now work on all windows language settings.

Some calculating were 1000+ in skills which onbviously should not have been.  This should be fixed as a result of the multi-language fix.

Added a minimize button

Fixed a bug with Abilities being incorrectly title capped >= lvl 201


Outstanding Issues:

Title caps not being effective after they have been reached.

Some shade skill costs are wrong.

Issue with rounding on 2.5-3.4 cost skills

IP  there is a difference between IP spent by the emulator and Anarchy Online. The difference is not huge, but I am currently investigating the cause, to see if I can better emulate the IP spend.  Note: this problem also appears in Rustots version.

Some armor presets do not work.

It is possible to crash the application if you create duplicate custom nanos

NCU Data does not provide any effects or requirements

NCU belts do not have a QL range

Some weapons are GM only

Import Routines from IMatrix and or NanoNanny

Loading a full saved game is slow  user feedback on progress is required.
