| Although many orders do ship faster, please use the following guidelines to figure approximate processing and shipping time for your order. Due to the fact that each item is hand-poured to order, please allow appropriate time for us to complete and ship your order. During peak and holiday seasons, orders may take longer to complete and ship. You will receive notification when your order has shipped. Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Begin counting from the business day after you place your order, to calculate the time it may take for your order to be complete. Also, keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time, and it can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days for UPS to deliver your order to your door. Any custom item may have extra processing times as well, so if you placed an order containing a special scent,color items you will need to add 2 or 3 business days to the order processing time. If there is a quality issue or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement additionaly we feel so confident that you will enjoy our candles that if your not 100 % satisfied simply return unused candle fo exchange of equal value candle item. The original item must be returnedwith at least half product remaining . Please note in order to maintain the quality of our products we cannot accept returns on bath and body products, or on custom items. |
