Discovered for Dragutin Gorjanovic-Kramberger em 1899 near the Krapina in Croatia.

This place took meant by the discovery of two the three individuals, a dozen of teeth and two dozens of fragmentos of the jaw.

When Gorjanovic published in its findings in 1906, confirmed for a time for all not to be human modern with different pathology but yes Neanderthals.
