DEEP WITHIN
Way beneath the outside clothes and
every coloured skin,
Lies a son or daughter of God
somewhere deep within,
A beating heart that needs a lot of
loving and caring,
Harsh cruel words and being ignored
can be harming,
Someone in a fine suit or dress is no
worse or better
Than those who cannot afford or even
like the latter.
We are children of a loving God, so brothers
and sisters are we,
We need to treat all with love to earn heaven
for all eternity.
See the change in those around when you are
kind, loving and true,
A smile on a sad face will cheer all by the good
things you do,
But words that hurt and being cruel do not come
from God above,
Come, seminary students, learn to develop
the saviours love.
