KEEP GOD IN OUR LIVES
Through each day our God we should never forget,
Whatever comes our way do not ever stop to fret,
Put your life in His hands, help others find the way,
Influence those you meet for good every single day.
When truly happy and sweet joy fills your heart,
Praise God with gratitude, don’t let the day depart
Without a prayer of thanks sailing to Him above,
And then you will feel an increase of His love.
When difficulties surround you, clouds gather round,
Seek Him with all your heart and He will be found,
There to be beside you through this troubled time,
Oh yes, He is a real true friend of yours and mine.
Find some quiet moments so you can worship Him,
Pray with sincerity may tears of love your eyes dim,
Quiet moments are His moments, the two of you alone,
As you feel the spirit you’ll be close to heaven’s throne.
When heartache pain and sorrow fill you with grief,
Seems to rob life’s of joy like some nasty, cruel thief,
Trust in Him with all your heart, then you will grow,
Trust and there will be more help then you’ll ever know.
Praise Him in happiness seek Him in each daily trial,
Trust Him through hurt and pain, and feel His smile,
Worship Him often and thank Him many times a day
And the love of our God will forever with you stay.
