Duke de Richelieu monument, which is called simply Duke here, stands in the middle of Primorsky boulevard � a very popular place to take walks among Odessits as well as guests of the city. It is planted with acacia trees and has many benches all along so that you can sit down and look onto the sea. On one end of this boulevard there is City Hall with clock on it, which bangs every half an hour and every hour it plays the melody of the song "Odessa, my home city!", which is a kind of the city anthem and is also played on the train-station whenever a train from another major Ukrainian city comes.
