BetJungle is a relative newcomer to online casino, which is operated by Jalexus Ltd (based in Cyprus) and Seven Digital Solutions (based in Curacao). They have been around since 2018 but have recently gained more ground with their excellent casino offering catering to young customer base which "social gaming like features".

With a Curacao license, one can expect them to adhere to the basic regulations around online betting and gambling.

BetJungle does work with reputable iGaming providers such as Microgaming, Habanero or Booming Games. Their cooperation with SoftSwiss is also a good sign as this is an established company that is unlikely to partner up with an unreliable online casino.

We also haven't heard anything outright negative from players, though as a smaller casino and bookmaker, there are withdrawal limits as the operator is not as affluent as bigger bookmakers or casino would be.

BetJungle Cricket Betting and other sports

Given that the sportsbook was launched specifically ahead of the IPL 2021, it’s hardly surprising that the focus on cricket betting is quite big at BetJungle.

When you launch the sportsbook, you’ll find cricket at the top of the “Top Sports” section. And since the IPL was still on-going at the time of our review, there were plenty of available matches to bet on with over 100 markets for some of the biggest of them.

Current cricket events covered in the sportsbook were:

For small events, bettors might only find a handful of markets to bet on. But as already mentioned, big IPL matches offered over 100 markets, which is great. Betting options available are:

And much more. Keep in mind that many matches will have about 40 to 45 markets available, so extensive betting options are not available for all games.

Cricket aside, other top sports include soccer, tennis, table tennis and basketball. Beyond that, BetJungle offers markets for over two dozen sports to bet on, which is impressive for a sportsbook that is as new as this one.

And you won’t have to contend yourself with just a handful of markets either. Depending on the sport, you will find a solid and more than competitive selection of betting options for many matches and games around the world.

There is also plenty of in-play betting available, which is also good to see. Depending on currently available live games, you may find a few dozen live betting options for cricket as well. There is no live streaming available and very limited live stats, which is an area we’d like to see expanded on in the future.

Overall, the odds offered by BetJungle are also solid. They are not the best you can find when you shop around, but if you are a casino gambler who wants to do some casual betting without signing up at a new bookmaker, you’ll find some interesting options at BetJungle as well.

BetJungle Casino Games

Of course, BetJungle started out as an online casino, so this is where they have their focus even now. Plenty of online slots are available from iGaming suppliers such as Microgaming, Habanero, BGaming and Booming Games. We wouldn’t mind seeing more slot developers here, though.

Another drawback is that you can’t really filter the slots according to any particular preferences. You can scroll through all available slots and that’s about the extent of it. 

There is a separate section for regular casino table games, of course, where you can find blackjack, baccarat, roulette and casino poker.

There are some jackpot games as well, with the biggest being some WowPot jackpots from Microgaming, though the Mega Moolah games appear to be missing.

Their live casino section is solid, offering games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and all the usual live dealer games one would like to see here. The games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, which means the selection is pretty wide.

BetJungle Promotions and Bonuses

New customers at BetJungle can look forward to some interesting promotions. Right after signing up and even before making your first deposit, you’ll be given the choice of one of four little welcome offers:

Bonus money and winnings from free spins need to be wagered 35x and there is a maximum withdrawal limit of INR 2,000, which is a pity but perfectly normal for this kind of bonus.

Additionally, new players can also claim a casino bonus for their first three deposits, giving them 100%, 50% and 25% on their deposit in bonus funds. The total you can claim is up to INR 87,500. There is a minimum deposit of INR 500 for each bonus if you wish to claim it. And bonus codes apply, so this is not an automatic bonus.

Once again, bonus funds must be wagered 35x before a withdrawal is possible. And customers have 14 days to complete these wagering requirements.

One major drawback here is that the bonus funds cannot be used for sports betting. There is also currently no separate sports welcome bonus for new customers interested primarily in the sportsbook.

Whilst customers can also look forward to a weekly 10% cashback, which is also only available for casino players, there is currently an IPL Giveaway (of sorts). Players can grab 5%, 10% or 15% deposit bonuses for the duration of the IPL.

Finally, there is a VIP club with 7 tiers, which active players can join and enjoy additional benefits such as rewards, bonuses and higher withdrawal limits.

BetJungle Banking Options

BetJungle primarily touts itself as a Bitcoin casino, though other cryptocurrencies are also available for deposit and play. 

They have also added INR as a currency to deposit and play with, and even Euro and US Dollar are now accepted.

Since BetJungle caters specifically to Indian customers, many preferred Indian banking options are available. This includes:

As well as Neteller, Skrill and credit card options. It is important to note that in some cases additionally fees may apply, especially for those banking options outside of Bitcoin.

And the casino imposes weekly withdrawal limits of INR 10,000. Wins of over €15,000 (or currency equivalent) are paid out across several months. This is mostly owed to the fact that this is a small gambling provider.

Withdrawal limits only increase with your VIP level, though not by much.

The customer service at BetJungle is available via email, live chat and social media. There is no phone support and before you get to ask a question via live chat, you’re referred to their FAQ section, which is available but not exactly comprehensive.

Customer support is only available in English, despite primarily serving an Indian clientele.

Also, at times customer service can be slow to respond and they don’t always provide satisfactory answers or solutions. Improvements are definitely possible and desirable here.

BetJungle Software

The software BetJungle uses is quite pleasant. The web design is easy on the eyes and relatively modern. Pages tend to load quickly, which is true for games as well. The background is kept in a dark teal colour, which is nice. 

Our main gripe with the homepage is the massive banner at the top that changes frequently to showcase the various promotions currently available. That’s irritating at best.

The sportsbook is easy to access, gets a fairly classic layout and loads very fast. It’s well-organised and intuitively used. We really quite like it and were impressed considering how new the sportsbook is and how new SoftSwiss is in the sports betting business. Overall, a great first impression.

The mobile page works well and is available in all mobile browsers. You can easily play games, place wagers and claim bonuses just as you would on the desktop page.

There are no dedicated apps, but that is hardly surprising for such a small venture.

BetJungle Summary

BetJungle is a decent option as an online casino for Indian customers, who are interested in cryptocurrency gambling, would like to get into sports betting and enjoy live casino table games.

The focus here is definitely still with their casino offering, though the sportsbook is definitely solid and has a lot to offer, especially to casual bettors.

Cricket betting options are good, and the odds seem to be competitive. Right now, there are no specific sports betting offers such as free bets or odds boosts available though.

Any serious bettors or experienced punters will find BetJungle lacking as there is no live streaming and there are really no dedicated betting promotions.

But casual gamblers who do a bit of everything, may just find that BetJungle is all they need and be happy with a one-stop casino and bookmakers that offers everything in one neat little package.
