Chapter 12- The Complete Explanation 


Vegeta and Bulma came running in 
“Verah!” they both shouted 

Bulma ran up and hugged Verah 

Vegeta stood still and looked at Verah with cold eyes 
Verah saw him and lowered her head shamefully 
Bulma looked at Vegeta with confused eyes 

“Mind telling us why you didn't die naturally?” Vegeta said to her 

“I’m sorry” she said, she looked up at Trunks, “I was afraid to tell you” 

“Well tell us now” Trunks said to Verah, his eyes where still soft as ever 

“My father wasn't to pleased when I was born…. he hated me and he was very abusive… he hated me and took it out on my mother… then one night when I was 3 he got so mad he blasted her… she was in the hospital for a week… my father’s blast was to strong and my mother ended up dieing… my father realized what he had done and blamed it on me… he thought he could make up for my mothers death by building a mechanical mother… like that worked… he was so upset about what he did he started to take his anger out on me… my mother wasn't around to stop him and the robot mom was programmed not to care… I was all alone… he started doing experiments on me instead of beating me up… that’s where the barcode came from… he put it on me when I was 5… I remember day after day of injections and tests… and if I didn't do them right the he beat me and give me more injections… I asked him why he was doing this to me… he walked over to me and punched me in the stomach and while I was on the floor he s! 
aid…he said it was because he was afraid of me… afraid of me over powering him… then he said the words that will burn in my mind forever… he said that one day he planed to kill me” 

It was too much Verah broke down; she fell to her knees and started to cry she hit the floor with her fist 

“He just wanted me to die and for it to just be him and my mother, but he couldn’t have that so he wanted every thing else, I don’t know why he sheltered me from the stray blast probably, because he wanted to kill me himself” she laid on the floor and cried Trunks gave her a hug 

“Don’t worry every thing is going to be alright” he said to her 
Vegeta walked out side amazingly the dragon was still there 


“Dragon I wish to know if Verah’s father is still alive” Vegeta shouted 

“Hmmmm… yes, he is” the dragon boomed 

And with that it vanished and the dragon balls scattered 

“I think I’ll keep this to myself for now” Vegeta said to himself 

He walked into the house where he found Bulma baking all kinds of things for Verah 

“Bulma… her food will always cheer someone up” Vegeta said to himself
