A hundred-some-odd seagulls swarm into a
A monumental mobile
In full motion
Before a still sky
A high hovering stack
Of overlapping invisible circular tracks
A single, white gull gliding along each
Cycling and cycling
Inspiring visions of cataclysmic collisions
(Simultaneously striking -
Compound impacts!)
But none arise
Not even as the full stack surpisingly
Rises, falls intermittently
Like a pristine piston of pretty particles
Which, after practicing this plentifully
Depart
. . . .subtly...
...then sweepingly........
So that you don't know they're going
Until they're parading away. . . . . . . . . .. ...........
