General information: Being the eldest child of the Foley family, she has had the most difficult childhood than any of her siblings. During the time she was born, there was no squad to protect witches, only the Red Tribe her grandfather establised. The tribe however, had no real ways to protect their family from the hunters and so the family was forced to move a lot and change identities all the time. She grew up in the middle of chaos and insecurity, every day fearing for her and her parent's lives.

But all that only made Kaylee stronger and made her the independet, smart and able witch she is nowadays. She received her powers when she was only 16 and her turning wasn't as pleasent as her siblings. Kaylee indeed suffered from paranoia which lead her to escape her parents care, and she ended up killing at least 3 innocent human beings before the turning was finished and the phase ended. Those kills are something with what she has to live every day and all she really wants is to redo what she did. But she can't. Maybe that is the reason she joined the squad the day Patrick gathered it and has been helping other witches, teaching and educating them. Because of what she did, she hasn't been really able to open up to anyone and therefore she's always lived inside her little shell, alone. She's a friendly and caring person, but at the same time she's withdrawn and often keeps her own thoughts private.

When it comes to the squad, she's a passionate member that will do whatever it takes to accomplish a mission if it means she'll get even a one witch into safety. She has also grown to be a powerful witch who knows how to control her powers, so she's a very dangerous opponent to have. Still, what her opponents don't know, is that she hasn't killed a single person after her paranoia phase and quite truthfully, she isn't going to, either.
