Madoka is a practicer of kung-fu, and uses what she herself learns in Angelic Layer. She didn't make her Angel Mao, but her sister spent the time coming up with an Angel that would fit Madoka. The two are 'partners in crime', and when their pride is crushed, they feel they have to get revenge. But after fighting Misaki, Madoka realizes that Angelic Layer is supposed to be fun. She says that she will start playing for fun, and she will create her own Angel, but we never know if she actually does.
