The deposit will hold or (reserve) the puppy until Pick up date and balance is paid in Full.. . No Cash Refunds. Deposits of $100 will hold puppies priced at $500 or less. Deposits of $200 will hold puppies priced Above $500. That portion designated as deposit is Non-refundable and Non-Transferable, No Cash refunds. We Do Not Take Personal Checks , cashiers check, Money order only. Buyer has 5 business days to send deposit if not received in that time frame the puppy will go to next on our waiting list. Should the puppy become ill or have a life-threaten Problem before leaving the premises of the seller, Then the buyer can pick a replacement puppy of equal value, first available. If you choose Not to pick another puppy then you lose the deposit you have put down. Pups have a 48 hour guarantee to be Checked by a licensed vet , any thing life-threaten wrong the puppy {Provided I receive a written letter from your Vet NO less than 3 business days } will be replaced first available equal value. Pup must be returned within and NO less than 72 hours at buyers Expense Unharmed. Pups will receive first vacinations and D-Worm.. Should the Buyer Postpone or delay picking up Or Shippment of their pup there will be a service charge of $5 per day for boarding will be added to your bill. A charge of $10 for any extra shots given. Seller will not be responible for any vet. bills or travel expenses. The Seller reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any one for any reason. Pups that are shipped have been checked by a licensed Vet and have a Health certificate..Price of pup does not include Health certificate , Air Fare, or Crate Cost. Pups that are shipped buyer must be available to receive shippment at any given date or time . Buyer has read our Shipping Page Shipping with Delta is now $300 You are required to let me know when you have picked up pup from airport same day as shipped so I will know he/she is safe with you. All puppies are sold as Pets with AKC papers, we do not guarantee the ability of your Pup to bred or show. We Do Not Guarantee Size ,Color,Temperment,hair coats,hernias,hypoglycemia, hydrocephalus common in tiny Pups or to be fully potty trained new owner will have to put forth effort in continuing their training.We do routinely treat for Coccidia, Garida, due to shipping, travel, change in homes,enviroment, pups there is no guarantee that the pup may need to be retreated due to stress. Keep your AKC Papers in a safe Place I charge a refiling /replacement fee of $20 and AKC Charges $15 also to replace papers Totaling $35. Angel Touch Poms reserves the right to add the Prefix to the AKC Papers "Pomangels" Kennel Name. When signing this contract you are agreeing that the breeder will decide when the puppy is fit and ready to go to his/her new home. Age of placement is entirely up to the breeder. In the unlikely event of a legal dispute with the seller all matters is to be held in the jurisdiction of Picken County,AL.
