He was bored. Beyond bored. He was so desperate for some excitment, that he was contemplating stakicide. Wandering throughout the quiet streets of Sunnyhell, otherwise known as Sunnydale, he heard a scream. It was primal, basic and full of anger! Glancing at the house directly in front of him, he grinned as the blonde slammed the door open and strode out. The door was left open behind her. She walked purposely towards her destination, and he followed a few feet behind. Careful to stay back just enough that she wouldn't go postal and attack him. He didn't fancy another ass-kicking. At last! Someone will be doing damage! And I plan on having a front row seat. When she turned down an alley, he realized where she was headed. The Bronze. Pausing, he ran his fingers through his platinum blonde hair and lit a cig, before continuing, picking up the pace just a little. His grin grew larger as she brushed past the door man and entered. Anxious not to miss any of the show, he paid the bouncer two cover charges and stepped into the club. Eyes adjusted quickly to the dim lighting and he saw her a foot away, scanning the crowd. Who is she looking for? And why? And how much are they going to wish they were dead when she's done?!! When he heard the small animalistic growl emulate from her throat, a chuckle rose and refused to be shushed. But she took no notice, and he followed. Watching bemusedly as people moved out of her way, he felt something akin to an adreline rush. They seem to sense her hostility and want no bloody part of it. Cor, but it radiates off her in waves. She paused just long enough to grab a cup of something from an unsuspecting girl (who didn't make a fuss when she saw her expression), before moving towards a table at the back of the club. He followed more slowly and focused on the couple she was approaching, they were involved in a serious liplock but he recognized the male. FISH BOY? HOLY SHIT!! The slayer was shaking with anger, her posture ridgid and unforgiving. I bet the whelp doesn't walk out of here tonight! "Hello Riley." the soft tone belied the hate that was obvious on her face. "B...Bu...Buffy?" disentangling himself from the other girl, Riley stood and placed his hands up in a gesture of surrender. "I thought you were staying in tonight..." But the slayer was having none of it. Spike laughed loudly as she threw her stolen beverage on the girl and gave him a harsh uppercut. That's my slayer! "LYING SON OF A BITCH!" her left foot flew upwards and connected with the side of his head, knocking him to the floor in a daze. She hawled him back to his feet and punched him in the face a few times, then almost casually dropped him, smiling bitterly as he slumpe back to the floor. The place had grown eerily silent, and all eyes were on her as she moved back towards the door, a path opening very fast. Spike waited until she had exited. Then he walked over to the fallen boy and kicked him a few times in the ribs, ignoring the brief flare of pain that arose in his brain. Upon exiting, he looked about and saw that the slayer was gone. Probably home to grieve. Stupid chit! But it didn't matter. He had been witness to the fight, even a party to it. And his mood had drastcially improved. 1
